Suggested Use: Light stick on fire until there is a flame. Let flame burn out until embers are visible and place over a fire proof bowl or plate. Allow smoke to fill the space you are purifying. When you are finished open a door or window to release the smoke out of the area. You can also choose to smudge sage upright in sand. To extinguish, invert smudge into the sand or salt to smother. Do not leave smudge stick unattended.
